พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลThailand's PDPA
พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) มีผลบังคับใช้ทั้งฉบับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2565 กฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผย “ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” คือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลที่ทำให้ระบุตัวบุคคลนั้นได้ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ภาพที่เห็นหน้าคนได้ชัดอาจเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ กฎหมายยังให้สิทธิแก่เจ้าของข้อมูล เช่น สิทธิได้รับแจ้ง สิทธิเข้าถึง และสิทธิขอให้ลบ หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลคือสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA, came fully into force on 1 June 2022. It governs the collection, use and disclosure of “personal data”: information about a person that can identify them, directly or indirectly. A picture in which someone's face can be clearly seen may be personal data. The Act also gives people rights over their data — for example to be informed, to have access, and to ask for deletion. It is overseen by the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.

- No accounts, no forms; we never ask for a name or an email.
- No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking scripts.
- Public-camera stills sit in the relay's memory for at most 30 seconds and are never written to disk. The server does not analyse pictures, and nothing on the site tries to identify anyone.
- The server holds your network address briefly, in memory, only to enforce rate limits. It is not written to our logs.
- The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles connections under its own terms. When you watch live video, your browser connects directly to the camera owner's server.

กล้องเป็นของใครWho owns the cameras

Every camera belongs to the agency that installed and runs it — government departments, municipalities and foundations. Not to us. The list comes from FloodDash, which gathers cameras their owners already publish. Every page that shows a picture names its owner and links to the owner's own page (all the owners).

We do three things: link to a camera, let your browser play its video straight from the owner, and relay its still frames through memory. We keep nothing. Showing a camera here does not mean its owner endorses this site, and we make no promise that any camera is working, accurate or current.

- ห้ามใช้เว็บนี้เฝ้าดูบ้าน ที่ทำงาน หรือบุคคลใดเป็นการเฉพาะDo not use the site to watch a particular home, workplace or person.

กล้องและรูปของคุณYour camera and photos

When you press “My camera”, your browser asks your permission first. The picture is drawn into the page and processed in your browser only. When you choose “My photo”, the file is opened on your device. No code on this site uploads a picture, saves one, or sends the results anywhere — so we never see them at all. You can withdraw the permission at any time from the camera icon in your browser's address bar.

This site uses no cookies. The only things it stores in your browser are your language choice (Thai or English), so the next page opens in the same language, and your best scores in the games room — both in localStorage. Neither is sent to anyone, and clearing the site's data in your browser removes it. Your browser also caches the site's files in the usual way — fonts and models, for example — so it need not download them again.

The site is provided as it is, for learning. It may stop, change or be wrong. Every model answer is a guess about a picture, not a fact about the world, and “not detected” never means “not there”. Do not use numbers from this site for decisions about safety, health, money or anyone's rights.

We keep no pictures, so there is nothing of yours on our server to delete. Any recording is held by the camera's owner; please contact that agency. If you think a camera points into a private space, tell us and we will stop showing it while the owner is asked.
